Seaholme is your home away from home. This high set Queenslander is perfect for a family get-away and is located in Cowan. You will feel like you are sitting in the trees. It is located just a short 50 m walk to the beach making it easy to wonder down for a refreshing swim or lovely stroll on the beach. It is the perfect spot to set up for your holiday.

The house has 3 good size rooms and can sleep up to 8 people. There is plenty of deck space with verandas at the front and rear of the property. The rear deck has an outside dining table and BBQ, perfect for breakfast or evening entertaining.

Downstairs there is an enclosed outside shower (hot and cold water) which is fantastic to wash off the sand after a refreshing swim in the ocean. You can then dry off on the private sun deck before heading back inside to relax in the lounge room.

The fire pit on the front lawn is perfect for those evening fires and having some family time or a few cold beers with your mates. If you are coming in winter there is an fire place inside to keep you warm during the cool evenings.
