Villa 44 has been recently renovated and has AIR CONDITIONING. The villa has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room on the bottom floor, which opens onto the deck overlooking the beach.

The villa has it’s own BBQ at the rear of the villa in the private courtyard.

Sleeps 6 people comfortably and all bedrooms are located upstairs and includes:

• Master Bedroom – 1 x Queen bed
• Second Bedroom – 1 x Queen bed
• Third Bedroom – 1 x single bunks
• Shared bathroom (double headed shower and toilet)

A second toilet and laundry are located downstairs. Linen and bath towels are included for all beds. Just bring your beach towels.

The kitchen has a gas cook top, microwave and full fridge/freezer.

The villa is located approx. 30m to the beach and is close to the Northern Resort car park.

Guests staying at the Resort have access to all of the RESORT FACILITIES including unlimited access to 2 Resort pools, bar and restaurants and Massage and Beauty Spa.

Some resort activities available are:

• Parasailing,
• Scuba diving
• Snorkelling tours
• Segway tours
• Paddle boarding,
• Kayaking to mention a few

You can also view the Dolphin Feeding from the Jetty each evening for free. Please note that you can NOT book a Dolphin Feeding package when staying in this privately owned villa.
