Your ground level is open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge room opening onto the deck, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is an extra toilet downstairs, also the laundry area. Upstairs there are 1 x QUEEN bedroom and 1 x 2 SINGLES and sleepout with 2 x SINGLES bunks, all up sleeping 6 guests. There is a balcony off the main bedroom, perfect for that early morning cuppa or a quite place to read a book.
