Getting There : There are 2 options for getting to the resort:
1) Walk on Passengers -Tangalooma Flyer departs from Holt St wharf. This ferry can only be booked over the phone directly with Tangalooma Resort. You will be required to advise them of the property name/number you have booked. If staying in a villa or apartment your bags will be dropped at a bag dropoff point close to your accommodation.
2) 4WD vehicles - if you are brining a 4WD please book the MICAT Barge via Moreton Island Adventures website. MICAT landing point is about 1.5km north of the resort.
IMPORTANT:- if bringing a vehicle (4WD ONLY) you will need to book in advance to secure a spot, you will also need to purchase a national parks pass.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

You are booking a privately owned property located at Tangalooma Resort.

By making this booking you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.

We do not accept Schoolie bookings.

Deposit Policy

100% booking amount is payable 30 days before arrival date.

Your credit card will be automatically charged 30 days before your arrival date. Note there is a 1.5% surcharge for Visa and Mastercard credit card payments.

Please contact us if you would prefer to make direct debit payment.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival.

If cancelled within 30 days of arrival then no refund will be given (you will be liable for 100% of the booking total)

COVID-19 Travel Restrictions - if the booking is cancelled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions then a full refund of any money paid will be provided or the booking may be moved to a later date without penalty.

Lost keys - $50 fee for lost keys

Damages - Please notify us of any damages or breakages during your stay. You will be charged for any breakages/damages that are deemed to be as a result of your actions.

Missing linen and other item - you will be charged for any lost or missing items and linen.
